The course will
introduce students to the fundamentals of reinforcement learning (RL). RL is
often seen as the third area of machine learning, in addition to supervised and
unsupervised algorithms, in which learning of an adaptive agent occurs as a
result of its own actions and interaction with the environment. The course is open to M.Sc. students of the AI curricula and to Ph.D. students in Computer Science, Data Science and related fields.
