here I am again :)
In the VickeryAuction specification there is written :
"in the bid opening phase (which lasts the bid opening length, starting from the block after the last block in which bids can be submitted)"
In that way seems that the withdrawal phase and part of the opening phase overlaps.
Is this correct? Shouldent it be "after the last block in which bidder can withdraw". ?
