The Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AIxIA) has published a call for participation of to a prize entitled to the late Pietro Torasso (past President of the Association).
The prize is targeted at under 30 students and researchers. There is a specific competition category for B.Sc. and M.Sc. students who can participate by submitting a video (with ITA/ENG subtitles and/or speech) which should describe the application of an AI technology (as part of their course of study) targeted to the general public (non specialists).
The winner will receive 500 euro and will be invited (with full expense coverage) to participate to the 2018 Congress of the AIxIA association that will be held in Trento in November 2018.
The deadline for video submission is the 16th of September 2018.
